أسماء المدارس هي كالتالي:
تل حميس حلقة ثانية – ثانوية تل حميس للإناث – ثانوية تل حميس للذكور – ابتدائية تل حميس شرقي – ابتدائية تل حميس غربي
سيتم تقييم العروض المقدمة، وسيُمنح العقد للمزود الناجح الذي يستوفي:

❖ معايير الكفاءة والمقدرة
❖ المعايير التجارية،
وذلك استنادا إلى متطلبات العطاء.

كيفية التقديم:
1) زيارة مواقع المدارس الخمسة في تل حميس الزامية قبل تعبئة عرض السعر والتقديم على المناقصة
2) تواريخ زيارة المواقع هي: 27/7/2026 – 30/7/2026 – 3/8/2026
3) يرجى من المتقدمين إبلاغ القسم اللوجستي بموعد زيارة المدارس الخمسة في تل حميس قبل المواعيد المحددة أعلاه بيوم واحد على الأقل من خلال التواصل بأحد الأرقام التالية: 0980946101 – 0997324859 – 0996301918
4) يجب أن تكون الأسعار الموجودة في عرض السعر وأيضاً جدول الكميات رقم 1 ورقم 2 ورقم 3 ورقم 4 ورقم 5 واضحة ودقيقة
5) يجب توقيع وختم عرض السعر بالإضافة إلى جداول الكميات ومعايير الاختيار والمواصفات التقنية.
6) يجب تقديم العرض مع الأوراق الداعمة في ظروف مختومة توضع في صندوق المناقصات باليد في أحد مكاتب مؤسسة سمارت في الرقة أو القامشلي.
7) يُكتب رقم عرض السعر فقط (2026-RRMTH-003) على الظرف المختوم قبل وضعه في صندوق المناقصات في:
مكتب سمارت بالرقة (حي البدو) أو مكتب سمارت في القامشلي (حي السياحي غربي الملعب البلدي)
تاريخ استلام العروض: 22/7/2026
9) التاريخ النهائي لاستلام العروض: 4/8/2026، الساعة 4:00 مساءً.
يرجى التأكد من قراءة معايير الاختيار بعناية، حيث تتضمن معلومات دقيقة حول آلية التقييم وتوزيع العلامات. كما يُطلب منكم تحديد المدة الزمنية المتوقعة لإنجاز الأعمال في الجدول المخصص لذلك.
يُرجى كذلك التأكد من:
❖ تعبئة طلب عرض الأسعار المرفق بشكل صحيح ودون أي خطأ.
❖ ترتيب جميع وثائق العرض في حزمة واحدة بالتسلسل الآتي:
1) طلب عرض الأسعار مع جداول الكميات المختومة والموقعة بالكامل
2) معايير الاختيار والمواصفات التقنية المختومة بالكامل
3) خبرات العمل المماثلة

SMART Foundation invites you to submit bids for the rehabilitation of five schools in Tel Hamis (sanitary facilities and restrooms, sewage and drinking water networks, classrooms, administrative offices and storage rooms, courtyards, electrical work, door and window maintenance, and finishing work).
The names of the schools are as follows:
Tel Hamis Secondary School for Girls – Tel Hamis Secondary School for Boys – Tel Hamis East Primary School – Tel Hamis West Primary School
Submitted bids will be evaluated, and the contract will be awarded to the successful bidder who meets:

How to apply
1) Site visits to the five schools in Tel Hamis are mandatory before submitting a price quotation and tender application.
2) Site visit dates are: July 27, 2026 – July 30, 2026 – August 3, 2026
3) Applicants must inform the Logistics Department of their planned visit to the five schools in Tel Hamis at least one day in advance of the above dates by contacting one of the following numbers: 0980946101 – 0997324859 – 0996301918
4) Prices in the price quotation, as well as in Bills of Quantities 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, must be clear and accurate.
5) The price quotation, along with the Bills of Quantities, selection criteria, and technical specifications, must be signed and stamped.
6) The quotation, along with supporting documents, must be submitted in sealed envelopes and placed in the tender box by hand at one of the Smart Foundation offices in Raqqa or Qamishli.
7) The price offer number only (2026-RRMTH-003) must be written on the sealed envelope before placing it in the tender box at:
Smart Office in Raqqa (Al-Badu neighborhood) or Smart Office in Qamishli (Al-Siyahi neighborhood, west of the municipal stadium)

9) Final date for receiving bids: 4/8/2026, at 4:00 PM.
Please ensure you read the selection criteria carefully, as they contain detailed information about the evaluation mechanism and scoring system. You are also required to specify the expected timeframe for completing the work in the designated table.
