تدعوكم مؤسسة سمارت للتقديم على مناقصة تصنيع وتوريد وتوصيل مقاعد مدرسية (حديد وخشب) إلى تل حميس.
يشمل هذا البند تصنيع وتوريد ونقل وتسليم المقاعد المدرسية إلى موقع المشروع في تل حميس، وفق خطة التوزيع التي سوف يتم تحديدها من قبل فريق المشروع، ووفق المخططات التنفيذية المرفقة (صور)، وبالمواصفات الفنية المرفقة
أسماء المدارس هي كالتالي:
تل حميس حلقة ثانية – ثانوية تل حميس للإناث – ثانوية تل حميس للذكور – ابتدائية تل حميس شرقي – ابتدائية تل حميس غربي
سيتم تقييم العروض المقدمة، وسيُمنح العقد للمزود الناجح الذي يستوفي:
❖ المعايير الأساسية
❖ معايير الكفاءة والمقدرة
❖ المعايير التجارية،
وذلك استنادا إلى متطلبات العطاء.

كيفية التقديم:
1) يجب أن تكون الأسعار الموجودة في عرض السعر وجميع المرفقات واضحة ودقيقة
2) يجب توقيع وختم عرض السعر بالإضافة إلى معايير الاختيار والمرفقات.
3) يجب تقديم العرض مع الأوراق الداعمة في ظروف مختومة توضع في صندوق المناقصات باليد في أحد مكاتب مؤسسة سمارت في الرقة أو القامشلي.
4) يُكتب رقم عرض السعر فقط على الظرف المختوم قبل وضعه في صندوق المناقصات في:
مكتب سمارت بالرقة (حي البدو) أو مكتب سمارت في القامشلي (حي السياحي غربي الملعب البلدي)
5) تاريخ استلام العروض: 16/8/2026
6) التاريخ النهائي لاستلام العروض: 20/8/2026، الساعة 4:00 مساءً.
يرجى التأكد من قراءة معايير الاختيار بعناية، حيث تتضمن معلومات دقيقة حول آلية التقييم وتوزيع العلامات. كما يُطلب منكم تحديد المدة الزمنية المتوقعة لإنجاز الأعمال في الجدول المخصص لذلك.
يُرجى كذلك التأكد من:
❖ تعبئة طلب عرض الأسعار المرفق بشكل صحيح ودون أي خطأ.
❖ ترتيب جميع وثائق العرض في حزمة واحدة بالتسلسل الآتي:
1) طلب عرض الأسعار المختوم والموقع بالكامل
2) معايير الاختيار والهيكل المعدني والهيكل الخشبي والصور المرفقة (المختومة بالكامل)
3) خبرات العمل المماثلة

This item includes the manufacturing, supply, transportation, and delivery of school desks to the project site in Tel Hamis, according to the distribution plan to be determined by the project team, and in accordance with the attached implementation plans (images) and technical specifications.
The names of the schools are as follows: Tel Hamis (Secondary Level) – Tel Hamis Girls’ Secondary School – Tel Hamis Boys’ Secondary School – Tel Hamis East Primary School – Tel Hamis West Primary School
Submitted bids will be evaluated, and the contract will be awarded to the successful supplier who meets:

❖ Capability & Sustainability Criteria
❖ Commercial criteria

How to apply
1) The prices in the price quotation and all attachments must be clear and accurate.
2) The price quotation, along with the selection criteria and attachments, must be signed and stamped.
3) The quotation and supporting documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes and placed in the tender box by hand at one of the Smart Foundation offices in Raqqa or Qamishli.
4) The price offer number only must be written on the sealed envelope before placing it in the tender box at:
Smart Office in Raqqa (Al-Badu neighborhood) or Smart Office in Qamishli (Al-Siyahi neighborhood, west of the municipal stadium)
5) Date for receiving bids: 16/8/2026
6) Final date for receiving bids: 20/8/2026, at 4:00 PM.
Please ensure you read the selection criteria carefully, as they contain detailed information about the evaluation mechanism and scoring system. You are also required to specify the expected timeframe for completing the work in the designated table.
